Julie Kelly Smith Studio owner & Senior instructor.

Julie has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years and has been teaching the Pilates method since September, 1999, after training at the Pilates Institute in London.Julie was the first to bring Pilates to this area and opened Borderpilates in
2003. Julie also has qualifications in One to One Pilates,'Pregnancy & Pilates' and 'Seniors & Pilates' and is committed to continuous education regularly attending
lectures, conventions and workshops. Julie has also completed her REPS level 3
Pilates qualification.

Julies other qualifications consist of Certification in the following;qualification in exercise to music,, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Body Pump, Spinning, Stability Ball, Cardiokick, Step, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Gym Instruction.

Ann Kelly Bryant Pilates instructor.
Ann has been practising the Pilates technique since 1999 and studying the method
since 2003,she completed her teacher training with the Pilates Institute in 2005 along with in house training at Borderpilates.

She also has certification in Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Stability Ball.
She regularly attends workshops and conventions to update her knowledge and is commited to continous education and is a member of REPS

Charllote Arnold instructor.
Charlotte has her exercise to music qualification and holds a Spinning certificate.

Nicola Richardson instructor
Nicola has been practising the Pilates technique since 2003,she has recently
completed her Pilates level 3 qualification.She has also had intensive in house training at the Borderpilates studio.
